In this talk, Noel Kinder and Marine Graham (‘09) spoke about Nike’s initiatives towards sustainability throughout their supply chain. The two discussed the innovation needed to created shoes from recycled materials, partnering with factories to decarbonize the manufacturing of shoes, and drives to house a more diverse and inclusive leadership board.

Noel Kinder is the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) at Nike with more than 20 years of experience in the business. He is a results-focused leader with broad knowledge of general management, strategic planning, sourcing, distribution, and sustainability.
Marine Graham graduated from Princeton in 2009, and now is the Vice President of responsible sourcing and manufacturing at Nike. She is an experienced operations and sustainability leader passionate about building amazing teams and driving responsible business practices that promote long-term growth.
